Are you dressing for Thanksgiving? or only dressing the turkey?

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Do you dress up for Thanksgiving as well as the Solstice and Christmas? I for one dress up just about every day because to me, every day is a celebration of life on this planet. Even with all its ups and downs. Please comment.

Red is such a powerful color. I love it too. And I agree bling is a wonderful accent. I love black white and red together. Reminds me of a newspaper! LOL What’s black, white and read all over? A newspaper…LOL

I like to wear red, makes me happy and is seasonal, and you have to have some bling to go with it!

I agree with you. When I was in India I wore my American type clothes, however I did purchase some Indian clothes to wear back in the USA to celebrate the Indian culture here. I just love using clothing and colors to express feelings and to connect.

I think it can be both! I feel like I dress pretty true to “me,” but I still have different outfits for different occasions. For example, I have some nicer “business” clothes when I have conferences or business events, but, those outfits will never include high heels! I have found that if I am not comfortable, it’s hard for me to be confident.
